Personal Developer Instance disappeared after "Refreshing Instance..."

Hello,
 
My Personal Developer Instance disappeared unexpectedly.
 
Timeline:
- The instance was actively used about 20 hours before the issue.
- The Developer Portal showed "Refreshing Instance..."
- After that, the portal only showed "Request your instance".
- No reclamation or release notification email was received.
 
I would like to know:
- Was the instance reclaimed?
- Is recovery possible?
- How can I contact the Developer Program team for investigation?

ahoy @haruka-yosh,

 

Starting the evening of July 22, an infrastructure-related issue caused the Developer Site to become unavailable and some personal developer instances (PDIs) to appear offline. The Developer Site is now back online. We are continuing to investigate the impact to PDI availability and actions.

 

CURRENT STATUS

Developer Site: Available
New PDI provisioning: Paused
PDI reclaim and wake actions: Paused
Existing PDIs: Some are offline
Developer action: No action is required at this time

 

Incident: Developer Site Restored and PDI Availability Issues
