Personal Development Instance (PDI) not working

My Personal Development Instance PDI  was offline past few days days
Kindly do the needful to make it online

Hi @lou_xavier ,

 

 as you might know, there are no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDI, hence you’re limited to the following two options:

  •  wait, it should come online after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, all work that hasn’t been backed up will be lost for good.
