Pivot Table Report Not Displaying All Records in ServiceNow

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue with the Pivot Table report in ServiceNow.

The pivot table is not displaying all the expected records, even though the underlying list/report shows additional matching records.

Details:

  • The source table contains more records than what is displayed in the pivot table.

  • Filters applied in the report appear to be correct.

  • No row limit has been intentionally configured.

  • The issue is observed specifically in the pivot table view.

Could you please help identify:

  1. Possible reasons why pivot tables may not display all records.

  2. Any system limitations, aggregation limits, or configuration settings that could cause this behavior.

  3. Recommended troubleshooting steps.
