Hi @AbhijeetP573852,
The email means your current Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is being retired because ServiceNow has identified technical issues with it. Please save your work (such as update sets or exported applications), then release the instance through the Developer Portal and request a new PDI.
This is a normal maintenance process, and your new instance should be available shortly after requesting it.
