Plugin Not Available in PDI

In my PDI of Australi Release, I dont see these Plugins available to install, do you know why?

Not all plugins are available for activation on Personal Developer Instances (PDI). ServiceNow only exposes a subset of plugins in PDIs to keep them lightweight and focused on development.

You can probably find a SNU class that includes the plugins you’re interested in exploring. Most modules have implementation courses or simulators available.

Edit: I can install the plugins you’re referring to on my Australia PDI.

It is available  in Zurich PDI. Make sure you have logged in by Admin
