We need ServiceNow to call an external API on a fixed interval and read a tag that holds only 1 (alarm active) or 0 (no alarm). An Incident should be created only on the 0 → 1 transition — not on every poll while the value stays at 1.
Did we do all that in ServiceNow without needing a middleware for specific conditional check. If yes then what will be the complete workflow and how to design or implement this?
