pop-up window in the playbook when I clicked on add contract button which I created in the playbook.

I want to popup widow in the playbook when I clicked on add contract button which is referring to ast_contract table.
so It will ask the field which i have created in the ast_contract field their I have created one view and created 2-3 field in that view that field it would be ask when the window will open.
