Post waiting in Unmoderated list for a long time

Hi team, My post has been waiting in the Unmoderated list for more than a day. This post has been on live for more than a week but yesterday I made a minor modification to the wordings and it went to unmoderated list after I attempted to post it again.  Please help me get the post to live soon.
