I am working in the ITSM Mobile Agent application scope and have created a Mobile UI Rule for the Create Incident screen. The rule uses the On User Action trigger, which requires a UI Action ID.
Could someone please explain where I can find the UI Action ID associated with a mobile action, or how I can determine the correct value to use for this trigger?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
