Hi there,

I'm encountering an issue while trying to edit a catalog item using the Catalog Builder. My goal is to change the layout of some variables. I have successfully made similar changes in the past, in this catalog item, using the catalog builder. Now I am unable to do so. In the questions section, I receive the following message:

It is in the Company DEV instance, not a PDI.

I suggest you create a support case for this issue....

There might be internal facing known error KBs from their side....

I experienced this issue and was able to 'recover' the catalog builder functionality by making the containers inactive. I suspect the container type and split formatters got out of whack. Reactivate them until you find the problem one. Hope this helps.
