I want to know about lift off knowledge gift.

now most of revived the gifts, do we need to submit KYC govt. ID to FeDex ??

Please ensure that you verify the FedEx contact number and email carefully, as we receive a number of hoax calls.

 

If you have not previously received any items via FedEx (including the ServiceNow gift), you will need to click the provided link and upload a soft copy of your government ID.

 

Note: This is a one-time requirement and will not be requested again for future deliveries.

Good heads up about verifying the FedEx contact info before doing anything — scammers absolutely target these kinds of gift programs. The one-time ID upload is standard for first-time deliveries, but double-checking the sender details first is just smart. Glad the community caught this early so people don't get caught off guard when the request lands in their inbox.
