Report based on specific Work note text in INC and RITM

Hello,

 

I am trying to create a report that shows me all Incidents og RITM's that contains a work note with a very specific text.

For example: Work note: "Automatic reminder: XXXXXXXXXX"

The report should therefore only show me the tickets that contains Work note *Automatic reminder*. 

 

Is this even possible?

I have tried digging around but I couldn't find anything specific.

Works well Keywords.
But it will also find tickets containing only Automatic. Is there a way to specify that the keyword is specifically "Automatic reminder"?
