I need to perform an anlaysis of a assignment group and how often they are updating incdents per interval and day of the week. I have been trying to run reports from the incident metric table and it is showing that X person updated the incident but the update date shows the most recent update to the incident. Is there away to report base on updated by name over a period of time. I do not care if it shows multiple entries for one incident and updates by the user. I am trying to report on their occupancy per hour.
