Report sharing

My report is set to share with Everyone>ITIL role and it was working great. However it has stopped being visible and users receive the following message "Report visible only to a specific user or group" unless I share it with a specific group or user. Any advice?

please check if there is any recent changes to the report.

Have you verified from report level if anything has been changed? Still shared with all?

Hi @Sheila2 ,

 

Check the report sharing setting whether it has been changed from Everyone to Group and user if so please check who updated it and if has to be everyone then just select everyone and save the report.
