I've found incorrect informations in the Knowledge Check (Module 5) presented in the "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals: Participant Guide" comparing with the video course info.
How can I report this issue?
Please, find attachments bellow to better understand.
Warm regards,
Pablo Gauna

Hi @Tanushree Maiti,
FYI the name Now Learning is no longer relevant, it has been renamed to ServiceNow University and it can be misleading to use the old name version

Good catch on the discrepancy — course content going out of sync with the videos happens more than it should, especially after platform updates. Worth noting that Now Learning is now called ServiceNow University, so if you're navigating support options the naming can be confusing. Either way, submitting a support case directly is the fastest way to actually get the material corrected rather than just flagging it in the community.
