Request for Access to Visualization Designer in ServiceNow

Hi [Admin/Support],

I’m unable to create or access visualizations in ServiceNow. 

 Task 6: Create a Dashboard and Add a Visualizaiton

 2nd instruction (From your Favorites > My Incidents list, create a bar chart from the Priority column) was not opening. Could you please check my current roles and confirm if I have the permissions to use the Visualization Designer and Reports module?

If not, could you assign the appropriate role or guide me on how to request it?
