Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable.

Hi ServiceNow Team,

I’m having trouble with my instance—it’s currently unavailable. There’s no “currently under maintenance” message showing.

I checked the Developer Site and selected “Manage Instance,” but I didn’t see any information about maintenance.

Could you let me know if there’s an issue with my instance or if it’s just maintenance? Also, any idea on when it might be back up and running?

This happenend to me once. I waited for sometime, but I don't remember how long (most probably a couple of days). Then I got my instance back🙂. I believe no need to worry about this problem. It will be available after sometime.

Hi @shubhamk9636354 

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time
  2. if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation.  NOTICE, if you do this, every development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
