can you please specify what do you mean "unavailable"?
Share some of the (error) message, there can be several reasons:
- AES - missing role,
- instance is hibernating - just wake it and wait,
- instance is under maintenance - wait just a bit more,
- ...
Please to answer you better, it's crucial to know more details...
But however you can navigate to the link below and you will see your instance status

Thank you for the solution but unfortunately I have to request new PDI as the exisiting one is showing under maintenance from long time.

Are you talking about PDI? If yes, it is availabel and working. Can you please provide more details and screenshot so that we can understand your issue?
