Firefox from MacOS keeps logging out

I'm on MacOS 15.6.1 using Firefox 142.0 (current stable release as of 8/26/2025). I can't seem to keep my SNOW session current and logged in for longer that a couple of minutes. Does anyone have an idea of what might be doing this on the browser side that I can tweak? I do have uBlock Origin running with some stringent settings, though I've white listed SNOW.

Hi @elcarew,

perform the "ServiceNow triathlon":

• log out
• clear cache
• log in

This resolves more issues that you might imagine :))) however try also alternative browser and/or incognito mode. The uBlock shall not be a trouble but if no help, try to deactivate it for a moment and test it again.
