Hi @Manal Aquil,

it will be still valid. In some sense you can have 10 accounts and pass your exams in each of them, but why? 😉

Having more than one accounts will also be resulting in more records in this page below (so you might have for example CSA in one line and CIS in another):

https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate

But for sharing your certs you can use Credly, so there's no problem at all.

Also, you can merge your accounts, at the SN University you can request that.

As you mentioned Webassessor be aware of the upcoming change on 17th November 2025:

Let me know whether that helped or if you need more details

PS: if you are from India, there might be 50 % discount for claiming the CSA voucher

Good luck with your exam!

@Manal Aquil now I realised that after passing any mainline certifications (CSA, CAD, CISs) - you need to take Delta exam once a year to keep your certification valid and it goes together with a yearly mainteanance fee, I don't remember exactly but I guess it was around 150-200 USD + taxes.

So if you would have a personal account, you will need to pay this maintenance fee to be able taking the Delta exam(s) and also the Partner account which will most likely cover this for you.

So it's not only extra efforts to maintain your certs, it costs you also more than to merge it into one and use that...

@Manal Aquil

If you are working with ServiceNow Partner Organization, you can redeem the exam vouchers for free. Why do you need to pay for the exam if you are working with ServiceNow Partner ?

In case you want to take the exam by paying the fees, certifications will be still valid and you can also link your Webassessor personal ID with ServiceNow University profile

FYI, ServiceNow is changing exam provider from Webassessor to Pearson VUE from Nov 18, 2025

Hello @Bhuvan ,

you said "If you are working with ServiceNow Partner Organization, you can redeem the exam vouchers for free. "

Are you sure about that claim? Claiming a voucher is NEVER fore free, you either pay for it 300 USD + taxes (some discount might be applicable under specific reason) or it must be paid by learning credits and LC are provided by the Partner company, but it is not for free.

The procedure is:

  • you complete the class,
  • you become eligible for a voucher
  • ELIGIBLE DOESN'T MEAN IT'S FREE

I was hoping that this confusion was resolved once and forever in this Community 😄 thsi just make people disappointed when they pass their SNFI class and then they realise the need to pay for claiming the voucher... >>> [ServiceNow University] - Vouchers eligibility, Free Trainings, Paid Exams and Payments | FAQs

🎟️ Think of the process like a concert invitation:
Passing the free training is like getting an invitation to a concert, you know when it's happening but you aren't yet there.
But to actually get in, you still need to pay for the admission ticket (claiming the exam voucher).
