My notification feed on my ServiceNow community profile shows that I was ranked up from 'Mega Guru' to 'Tera Expert', but Tera Expert is a few levels down from Mega Guru, which doesn't make sense.
Is it possible for a ServiceNow Community profile to be ranked down? If so, why does the notification indicate that it has been ranked up to a lower rank? Shouldn't it be ranked up to Tera Guru or ranked down to Kilo Guru instead?
Any information that can be shared to understand these changes will be much appreciated.
Thank you...

@Jacques Wiehahn According to this article https://www.servicenow.com/community/community-resources/community-points-and-levels/ta-p/2352810 Tera Expert ranks lower than the Mega Guru. Ideally, after Mega Guru you should have ranked up to Giga Guru rank.
I recommend you reaching out to @Dan Bruhn regarding this issue.
