ServiceNow Community Profile ranked down?

My notification feed on my ServiceNow community profile shows that I was ranked up from 'Mega Guru' to 'Tera Expert', but Tera Expert is a few levels down from Mega Guru, which doesn't make sense.

Is it possible for a ServiceNow Community profile to be ranked down? If so, why does the notification indicate that it has been ranked up to a lower rank? Shouldn't it be ranked up to Tera Guru or ranked down to Kilo Guru instead?

 

Any information that can be shared to understand these changes will be much appreciated.

Thank you all for the information. I am going to presume the table stating the Level, Name and # Awarded is incorrect and will base my Rank on the Rank Levels. See the image for details.
