How can someone transfer the content of HTML-based documentation or HTML-based database into ServiceNow Documentation module? For I watched some videos about it to get an idea. I was confused between which module suits the best, which is like knowledge management or document management. And if so, if I'm correct, ServiceNow doesn't directly support the input of HTML files. So if how, how can one do so?
