ServiceNow MFA SMS Provider

I believe Twilio is available as an SMS provider, but is it possible to integrate with other SMS providers? Since there's a “Custom” option, I assume it's possible, but I can't find the integration method. If anyone knowledgeable could advise me, I'd appreciate it.
This time, I'm considering using an SMS provider called CPaaS. Since it provides an API key, I'm thinking I should be able to use that.
