ServiceNow Plugin Activation Failure

MY PDI http://dev310954 has been failing with Plugin Activation. I have tried the following and they all failed:
Discovery
SAM Pro
I need some assistance.

For Discovery:
- Navigate to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
- Click on Manage my instance-> below wigdet , search by Discovery
- Activate with Demo data ( if you need demo data)
Next Steps: Once installed, you will need to set up a MID Server and configure credentials before you can run discovery scans against your infrastructure

I exactly followed the steps you listed, but to no avail and thus I reached out to the community. I got the same error you did both times.

For SAM Pro installation,
- Go to developer.servicenow.com
- Click on Manage my instance button on top right
Search "Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins"
Note: Requires Subscription. Provides the capability to normalize software discovery information, reconcile entitlements with installs, and reclaiming unused software. Provides additional capabilities to reconcile publisher products.
If you get error like me -
