Hi.
I am working through one of the Service Now labs for the ServiceNow Platform Implementation (Yokohama) course. I keep getting a failure message when trying to perform the lab referenced above in the subject. I have completed the labs many times and its still shows that I failed when going to validate. What do I need to do to get through this lab?

could you possibly share the message from rejected validation? It can show some directions where to focus.
Then also please share what was the actual requirement and what you did. Without the visibility nobody can help you...
