ServiceNow University : Did you create the SNPI Stories Backlog?

GILLET

Hello,

I'm following the ServiceNow Platform Implementation / SNPI: Agile Planning training. I've completed all the steps and when I click "Validate Task," I get a "Failed" result with the question: "Did you create the SNPI Stories Backlog?" However, I did create it (see screenshot). I'm stuck and can't proceed.

Can anyone help me?

Hello, I faced a similar issue while doing the Now Create lab where the validation kept failing even though everything looked correct. In my case, the problem was that the validation checks very specific details, not just whether the backlog exists. Based on your error, also make sure the backlog_definition is created properly with the correct criteria and that you can see the stories in the related list (“View the list of records”). What really helped was opening the knowledge article KB001111 from global search and carefully following the Agile Planning section, as it lists exactly what the system validates. After checking each table and fixing small mismatches, the validation worked for me.
