ServiceNow University Save For Later Folders

Hello, community,

Does anyone know if there's a way to delete the “Save for Later"  folders from ServiceNow University? Being able to save courses in folders is great, but not being able to delete them just makes everything more messy!

I agree that it's not the most intuitive environment in the world but if you spend some time you will adopt how to do that. Took me a while myself so I understand you :)))

 

You can only remove the items (courses) from that folder but I haven't found a way to delete that folder, however if it is an empty one it is not displayed so it is resulting pretty much like it was deleted...

 

Take a look at my example - only "Saved for later" tab appears and nothing else:

Then I add a new item "SNAF" to the "Paths/Journeys":

and it's added to the "Paths/Journeys" section as following (compare with the first one)

And there you can click on the triple dot to remove it:

And after you remove it, then it's not displayed:

As said above, the custom folders/sections cannot be removed or if so I don't know how, but once it's empty it's not displayed...
