I've double checked the code multiple times. I can not see where the issue is. It is not writing to verify the script log statements.

Hello @eplee , Your scripts look fine and should work. However, could you please verify below minor things:
- Ensure there is no space in the name of Script include (I couldn't verify as it was blur in the screenshot)
- Category of the Problem, which you are updating, is Hardware
- Check the output at System Logs-> System Log -> Script Log Statements
