SMS Major Incident Management

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a requirement to include SMS as one of the Communication Channel on Major Incident Workbench. I have a third party SMS API which will be used to send the SMS to users, however, while going through the documentation, I found that this can be done by 'Notify' but when explored more about Notify I found that Notify only support vendors like Twilio for sending SMS. 

 

I want to explore the options, how I can achieve this configuration
