Hi,
I would like to seek your assistance and advise for how to verify the snow agent in ServiceNow portal whether it is has working fine and discover in the ServiceNow portal?
As we have installed with snow agent into a number of servers and noticed that the asset not being discovered from ServiceNow portal. In fact, the snow agent has been integrated in ServiceNow currently.
Kindly advise further,
Appreciate for anyone that can advise for this case.
