Hi,
You can start with the ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 documentation for an overview of the Agile capabilities and how ServiceNow supports the Scrum framework.
For your second question, ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 is based on the Scrum framework, so the concepts such as backlog, sprints, stories and Scrum activities are aligned with Scrum. However, ServiceNow is the platform implementation of those concepts rather than a replacement for the Scrum framework itself.
One current consideration: Agile Development 2.0 is now being deprecated, and ServiceNow is moving team-level Agile capabilities toward Collaborative Work Management (CWM). So, if you are exploring this for a new implementation, it is worth reviewing CWM as well.
