Record producer for change request

I want to create a Record Producer for Change Requests that will be available on the ESC portal. However, when I created one, the variables do not appear on the Change form—even though I have already added the Variable Editor formatter. For Incident Record Producers, the variables show up correctly in the Variable Editor, but for the Change Request Record Producer they are not appearing.

did you create a new formatter for CHG table and then add that as variable editor on form?

This is the OOTB formatter available for CHG, ensure you add that in your form view
