I found several ideas that I want to add comments to with Now Support's Ideas portal, but the ability to comment appears to be broken. Am I the only one? I'd like to submit a Now Support case for this, but I need to select one of my company's instances... it doesn't affect my one of my company's instances, but rather ServiceNow's instance. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
To be more specific, I can view an idea and click the 'Comment' link near the bottom. This displays a rich text comment box and buttons to cancel or comment. After entering my comment and clicking Comment, nothing happens on the page. There are some errors in the browser console and some network activity happens (looks like communication with an ad server) but the comment goes nowhere.
I've tried in Chrome, incognito window, and Firefox and none of them work. Surely I'm not the only one....

A bit more on the traffic that does actually work when clicking "Comment"...
Lots and lots of ad servers.
- ml314.com
- px.ads.linkedin.com
- doubleclick.net
- adservice.google.com
- analytics.google.com
Why is it always the ads and analytics that continue to work, but the main service does not?

Hi @Tim Deniston ,
according to this KB1156757, users with access to NowSupport should be able to Comment without any limitation.
You can also try to log your case with NowAssist there (KB1637971). Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply, @patriksteciv. I think this is a technical issue with the site, not an access issue.
Here's a gif of my issue.
Here's how useful Now Assist is:
For anyone concerned about AI taking our jobs, I think we've got some time still.

That's sad, really not helpful.
Try to task NowAssist with logging a comment on your behalf, but I am afraid the answer will be the same generic reply.
