Task Description: Pin the 'All' menu and create a favorite for Self-Service > Knowledge.
Task Instructions:
1. | Navigate to the User Menu (select the System Administrator avatar in the top right corner). |
2. | Select Impersonate user. |
3. | Locate and select Platform User [platform.user]. |
4. | Complete the impersonation request by selecting the Impersonate user button. |
I have already performed the user Impersonate and pin in all then favorited the knowledge portal and explored the pages and it within this portal. However, the task result does not detect it.
And worse, the chat does not allow you to open a ticket. I don't know what else to do.
