Test Management 2.0: Test cases and Test Steps Export as Excel format

Hello All,

Does anyone have a way to export as an excel format the test cases and their respective Test Steps from Test Management 2.0?

 

I tried creating a database view but I cannot get it to work.  Any help will be great or other ideas on how to export it to excel preferably.
