Hello everyone,
I’m excited to officially join the ServiceNow Community today, August 2, 2025!
As part of my journey to start the ServiceNow System Administrator track, I recently enrolled in the Associate System Administrator course. While it shows that I’m enrolled, the course tiles are not clickable, so I’m unable to begin.
Has anyone else experienced this, or could someone kindly point me in the right direction to get this resolved?

Welcome to ServiceNow Community!
Could you please share screenshot, it is hard to imagine where you are unable to click to start the course.
Once you start course it will either launch the video in same tab or it Lauches a pop up where you need to go through the slides.
Like you can click on start button shown in screenshot and it will start the course.
