There was an error loading the execution details for this flow context

Hi everyone,
I am getting error for flow context while opening operations view. When I open the operations I am getting exception as "Could not deserialize value". below is the image of error in flow context table.
This error occured for only that specific flow.

Could you explain a bit on what the flow is supposed to do and what is the expected outcome?
