Hello! Does anyone have benchmarks regarding VA or chatbots? Specifically, what percentage of the time do employees tend to use chatbots on employee portals to handle queries? We are trying to measure the success of our organization's ServiceNow VA, and I would love to be able to pair up our analytics with industry standards or benchmarks.
