This content cannot be enrolled in directly- ITIL® 4 Foundation: An Introduction to ITIL 4

I tried to enroll "ITIL® 4 Foundation: An Introduction to ITIL 4" in ServiceNow University. It says "This content cannot be enrolled in directly". Overview and Syllabus tabs are empty. How to enroll this? Any idea?

Hi @abrouf,

 

I wasn't aware that this was a thing and had to resort to a Google search to find the course (link).

 

When I click on the 'Start' button, I'm presented with this but am then redirected to the PeopleCert website, which makes sense as ITIL is an external, paid certification that is not specific to ServiceNow
