Hello Community,
I need your help with the following scenario:
One user is unable to see certain knowledge bases in the knowledge bases table, but when I impersonate the same account, and I can see it.
What could be the reason for this issue, and what troubleshooting techniques can we use? One technique I advised to the user was to check after logging out and then logging back in, but it didn't work.
