Trying to resolve partner issue, partner rep on leave. Help!

Hi - I've been attempting to login to pay a partner renewal fee, to no success.  It looks like I've now been restricted from access to the partner site, and my partner rep is on leave. Does anyone have a suggestion for contacting partner support without being able to log in (I have sent an email to partnerconcierge@servicenow.com)?

 

I'm a little concerned that I will eventually lose access to instances in this scenario.
