There is no official support on PDI, either you can wait to get PDI to be normal or release existing PDI if you have taken all backup of existing work done and get new PDI.

Hi @Swapnil Kumar1 ,
as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to the following two options:
- wait, it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, all work that hasn’t been backed up will be lost for good.
