Unable to Assign Vulnerability records to Problem (Remediation task) record in ServiceNow.

Hello ServiceNow Team,

I’m facing an issue with adding Remediation Task (sn_vul_vulnerability) records to a Problem ticket.

 

Earlier, I could click the Edit button in the Remediation Task related list and directly add records to the Problem. But recently, when I try this, I can still select and save records using the slush bucket—but they don’t show up in the Problem’s Remediation Task tab.

Has anyone else faced this issue and found a fix? If you know a possible solution, I'd really appreciate your help.

In the screen shot above, when we add records by clicking edit button and after saves, I'm not able to see added records in the below Remediation task related tab on problem.
