Hello Community,
I am currently in the process of preparing for my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, but I’ve encountered an issue with obtaining or paying for my CSA voucher. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve the issue through other channels, and I am reaching out here for guidance.
Specifically, I am facing the following challenges:
- I am unable to pay for the voucher.
Steps I’ve already taken to resolve this:
- I’ve verified my account and its linkage to webaccessor.
- I completed the on-demand course for eligibility of the voucher.
I would greatly appreciate any advice, insights, or solutions the community can provide. If additional information is needed to better assist me, please let me know, and I’ll gladly provide it.

I will suggest you to open a case through Nowlearning, as they will be able to help on your issue. Don't think that any in the community can actually state what is right / wrong.
