Unable to register for exam after Washington upgrade

Hi Community,
 
I registered for the CSA exam in August, but it fell within the ServiceNow maintenance window and was automatically cancelled. Now, I’m trying to re-register through web assessor, but I keep encountering an issue that prevents me from completing the process. On top of that, my voucher is still valid until January, so I really want to get this resolved soon. 
 
Has anyone else experienced this or know the best way to fix it? Any guidance would be much appreciated!

If you are able to create a Case, then that's way, rather sending a mail.

Hello @Priya1017 ,

The best way is to raise Now Learning case.

Regarding your ID issue, mail to web_support@servicenow.com. they will fix your ID issue 

If you having a partner account, mail to partnernow@servicenow.com.

Also try to mail to certification@servicenow.com (I'm not sure if these mail is still being monitored, you can give it a try)

Thanks for your response. I noticed that my Support ID was linked to my company account. So that issue is now resolved. However registering for the exam is still an issue. I will log a support issue to see if this resolves the issue.
