Unable to use my PDI: Getting a Bad Gateway (502) Error

Hi All,
I am unable to use my PDI for the past couple of days. Whenever I tried login to my instance, I am getting a Bad Gateway (502) error as a popup and after certain seconds, the entire page itself filled with that Bad Gateway Error. Because of this, I am unable to use my PDI.
Can anyone know how to fix this?

Unfortunately there's no support for PDIs from ServiceNow.
Please release the instance and request for a new instance.

if it is Xanadu version, it may be down due to maintenance. You can wait for 1-2 days else release this instance and get a new one.

Hi @Avinash44 ,
as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online after some time.
- When you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request af f fresh installation.

Thank you all for your replies, as suggested, I will wait for couple of days, If nothing works after that, then I will release this instance and request for a new one.
