Each customer/ tenant has already their established email box, where end-customer receive their notification from and which end-customer can address to get in contact with the customer.
It is requested, that the sending and receiving mailbox can be specified per tenant, maybe even per support group / Service, as there are use cases, that different product families are offered by the same customer /tenat, but with different email addresses (e.g. phone-support@xxx.com, network-support@xxx.com)
- How to use more than one email mailbox
- Sending for every customer with several email accounts
- Receiving emails from several email account
any idea if this is possible?
