Unable to use my PDI: Getting a Bad Gateway (502) Error

Hi All,

I am unable to use my PDI for the past couple of days. Whenever I tried login to my instance, I am getting a Bad Gateway (502) error as a popup and after certain seconds, the entire page itself filled with that Bad Gateway Error. Because of this, I am unable to use my PDI.
Can anyone know how to fix this?

@Avinash44 - It might be possible that a node is down on which your PDI is trying to connect.

As experts have said, wait for sometime (a day probably). If it dosent come back then request a new one

Hi @Avinash44  you can request new instance because there is no support for it.
