User info Synced from Entra ID is not correct

Hi Friends

I am a new ServiceNow Admin, and I need your help.

We have Azure AD synced with ServiceNow Prod and Dev. 

When a user leaves the company, we de-provision the user account, which is hard deleted after 30 days. 

The problem is that some deleted users are still Active in ServiceNow, but you can't find them in Entra ID. (they were deleted 4-5 months ago)

Another strange thing is that deleted users' statuses show as deactivated in Prod but can be active in Dev or vice versa.

I have tried Provision on Demand, but it didn't help.

Any hints or help will be appreciated.
